Elliott Rae is a true working parents champion, working tirelessly to push forward the agenda for working dads. He started Music, Football, Fatherhood as he put it, "in a small corner of the internet" to help him manage his mental health as a new dad. MFF is now a thriving community and Elliott has gone on to write a book, star in a documentary, launch an employers' awards initiative and so much more.
In this episode, he shares his struggle with PTSD and how this made him re-evaluate what was important. We talk about government, working parents networks and his hope that all working parents get the support they need throughout their careers.
