Welcome to the Christmas 2020 edition of run coaching in your ear. In this session, given the state of the world, I felt it was time to return to the roots of the podcast coaching, and practice some mindfulness, with an extra special bonus 5 minutes at the end focused on reflections on 2020, what have you achieved, what have you learned, how have you developed?

The session carries a loose 12 days of Christmas theme featuring 3 French Hens, 2 Turtle Doves and Partridge in a Pear Tree, or is it a Pear in a Partridge Tree?

Thanks again for all your support and encouragement this year with the podcast (and beyond), it means a lot and as I reflect on my own 2020, the podcast features heavily as something that I just couldn't have envisaged this time last year. I wonder what the next 12 months holds?
