In this episode we talk to nutritionist and hormone expert Nicki Williams about the “Feisty Four” hormones that are crucial for women at midlife as they navigate peri-menopause and menopause.

Nicki talks us through her personal journey where her own symptoms and research inspired her to leave the corporate world to study nutrition and hormones so that she could help empower other women.

We talk about HRT, the importance of estrogen, cortisol, thyroid and insulin (and the relationship between them), getting effective hormone tests, and the lifestyle adjustments we can make to support our hormone health.
