In this episode, we look at how gate pose replicates the physical shape of the long lever that closes the latch on a gate. Students will visualize a long fence line representing life’s many choices where they may choose to keep the latch closed, or open a floodgate of new possibilities. Becca also presents how, while in bridge pose, our human form offers connection, passage and equanimity.
