I am often asked, "how do I get started with a mindfulness meditation practice?" So I recorded this podcast which goes over the FAQs and how-to, (plus a couple of what not to do!) - to help get you started. After listening to this, you'll be ready to begin a simple, yet powerful meditation practice that can help you be more present, happier, more engaged, and resilient. I really believe there are few things you can do for yourself more important than taking a few minutes a day to focus on being mindful. It really is the path to better for you, those near you, and indeed the world.
