You want to grow - in your business, at work, or in your personal life. But every piece of advise your hear or read from health, business, or life coaches seems plain impossible to achieve?
I get it. For years, anything even slightly outside my comfort zone felt extremely overwhelming and impossible to do, especially when it came to my business and even in my personal life.
The truth is, I was severely under-resourced. In this episode, I'm sharing how learning to prioritize my needs and building physical and mental resilience transformed my perspective.
I'll go into how being well-resourced empowers us to tackle those seemingly impossible things. Because sometimes, the biggest obstacle is simply not having the resources we need when we need them.
I talk about:
- How your mental and emotional state REALLY impacts how you receive, interpret, and act on information.
- The sneaky way that ignoring your needs can block you from growth.
- How simple, everyday self-care can be exactly what you need to gain mental clarity and understanding about a situation or phase of life.
