This Loving Kindness Meditation ❤ is beautiful and powerful at anytime but particularly special, helpful and hopeful this time of the year. I have shared the words of the meditation below so that you can practice with or without the audio. You will find many variations of the Loving Kindness Meditation so absolutely feel free to also make this your own.

Here are the words:

To yourself:

May I feel protected and safe.

May I feel content and at peace.

May my physical body support me with strength.

May my day and my night unfold smoothly with ease.

To a loved one:

May they feel protected and safe.

May they feel content and at peace.

May their physical body support me with strength.

May their day and my night unfold smoothly with ease.

Neutral person:

May they feel protected and safe.

May they feel content and at peace.

May their physical body support me with strength.

May their day and my night unfold smoothly with ease.

To someone you are having a challenging relationship with right now or in the past:

May they feel protected and safe.

May they feel content and at peace.

May their physical body support me with strength.

May their day and my night unfold smoothly with ease.

To your community, country, world and universe:

May we feel protected and safe.

May we feel content and at peace.

May our physical bodies support us with strength.

May our days and our nights unfold smoothly with ease.
