But is the next generation of parents leading a revolution when it comes to disposing of archaic gender stereotypes in parenting or are they still unconsciously or consciously perpetuating traditional gender roles? Co-hosts Vanessa and Shannon discuss characteristics of Xennial parents (Gen X, Millenials and the hybrid generation between the two called Xennials) what it means to be a progressive parent and how our society is changing.
