SUMMARY:
Edward Prendick awakes to hear a large noise on the deck of the ship accompanied by a loud voice calling orders. He runs right upstairs, and finds the ship being unloaded of Montgomery's cargo, and several large weird men helping. The Captain is barking orders and yelling that he is never going to help Montgomery and his island again. Prendick makes his presence known, and the Captain screams that he needs to go too. A debate starts, with Prendick pleading with both the captain and Montgomery to let him stay with either of them, but no one is budging. Defeated, Prendick goes off until the unloading is complete. When everything is unloaded, Montgomery's ship is cut loose, and the captain and his crew fight Prendick over to the dinghy where he too is cut loose.
