Manage episode 312263321 series 3231442
Today we discuss how to develop your own style as a leader, what it means to lead with courage and compassion, Sadie's work with Women in Data, and how to scale your company sustainably (hint, it has to do with getting yourself out of the details and not being afraid to make mistakes!).
ABOUT SADIE
