The opportunities that an associate bring are exciting.
An associate can lead to higher production by opening up another column on your schedule. Over time, this can be a major contributor towards practice growth as patients build trust and familiarity with the new doctor.
Bringing on associate also gives you the option to focus more on high-end cases, assigning other patients to your associate. As a result, your production per patient increases dramatically. You also can avoid those cases that sap your energy, allowing you to focus on treatment that excites you.
But...adding an associate to your practice isn't always as straight forward as it sounds.
