Day 2: No good/bad food- connected to thoughts, moderation, all or nothing, gas lighting, food rules
They say: Only eat clean foods and sponsored supplements- eat like me!
We Say: The food you eat doesn't define who you are! Food IS neutral- there is no need to assign morality to it.
