"You are not good enough!" - this is from the innermost voice inside your head. Does that sound familiar to you? Sadly, most women can relate that they feel unlovable, unworthy, and not good enough. This voice, especially negative and repetitive ones, are code for underlying emotion driven by unmet need and unrealistic expectation. For today's episode, Vanessa Preston will help us how to manage this voice of self-criticism inside your head. She will also distinguish the difference between feeling guilt and shame and learning to identify it. Stay tuned!

What to expect from the episode:

  • What to do when your mind says you're not good enough.
  • That negative voice sits underneath is shame.
  • What are shame and guilt and how are they different.
  • How does shame manifest in the body.
  • The past is present: The impact of your childhood experiences affects how you are today.
  • Body image, self-esteem and the influences on how we see our worth.
  • And many more!
