“75 hard

Phase 1

Phase 1 success

Phase 2

Phase 3

Pre workout supplement sampling

Fitness coaching again

Got a new job at hill

Got 3 raises and reached my cap for my shop at X an hour got a third job washing trucks every other Sunday.

Got a girlfriend Lexi

Moved out and got my own townhome

Got a meal prep service to cook my food

Started a 16 week cut and am on week 7 as of right now

Gained 20-30lbs, then lost 17lbs as of July 28th morning. I have abs. Crazy.

Shot all my lifts back up from being last previous 2 years

Deadlifted heavy weight again first time in years - minimal pain

Ran my first ever mile in my life

Started a podcast

Recorded 100 without anyone knowing a thing and haven’t missed a single day

All of this was achieved and done while working 3 jobs the majority of the time, hitting the gym x5 a week, and being on the 75 hard / live hard program for 189 days of the year (failed phase 1)

Streaks::::::

Got an ice bath and have a streak going of 247 days as of July 28th

Have drank a gallon of water every day for last 182 days as of

Have tracked all my food every day for last 182 days

Have eaten 225+ protein everyday except one day same as above

Went skydiving

Read about a dozen books

Paid off about $6k worth of debt”
