When you agree to set foot on the path of your own de-construction and eventual reconstruction of your body, mind and spirit, the process of waking up to your reality and how you have operated within that reality, is going to involve countless ‘wake up shocks.’ These are visceral emotional/mental shocks you will encounter along your healing journey that often can bring you to your knees. They are meant to shift your consciousness in such a way that you are forced to stop and take a moment to allow the ‘wake up shock’ to reverberate and resonate within your vessel in order for the realignment of your true self to emerge. The longer you’ve been asleep to your own reality, the more shocking and resonating your ‘wake-up shocks’ will be. It’s the cosmic energy that grabs you by your shoulders and shakes you to your core. It’s like no other shock you have ever experienced. And from my own experience, I think it’s that powerful because it is not coming from your ego. It’s coming from your soul. It’s coming from the Divine.
