About five years ago I was inspired to start a list of things I wasn’t prepared for in my own transformational healing work – things I didn’t know when I began my journey and wished I had known so that I would have been better prepared and not thought I was going mad or I was the only one experiencing these things. When I started the list, I didn’t know I would keep adding to it as the years went by, as way to chronicle the various insights I learned doing this personal work that is often mystified or romanticized by others. I hope this show (and next week’s second part) gives you a cosmic heads-up of what to expect as you traverse this often difficult path so you can move through it with a better understanding of what you are about to jump into or what you are already firmly entrenched in.
