Today’s guest is Dr. Tim Burcham, the director of the Northeast Rice Research and Extension Center in Greenfield, Arkansas. This center – a part of the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture – has a focus on research, community outreach, and educating all generations on agriculture in the Arkansas Delta.
