Luke Miller is the owner of No Switch Fitness and Co-Owner of J3U, a physique coaching educational company. Luke’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida, CSCS certification, PSL2 certification, and an engineering degree. Outside of education and coaching, he has also been a competitive bodybuilder, having competed seven times in the NPC.

Being a good coach requires more than just education and certifications, right? A good coach should always empower their clients, provide value in their service, listen to their clients, and, yes, create results. Those are important concepts for today's guest, Luke Miller, who is always trying to be a better bodybuilder and a better coach to help others.
