If you are seeking inspiration or transformation, this episode is for you! Cody welcomes Brandon Clarke, one of his clients and co-workers, to talk about his fat loss journey. Brandon's journey started with him being aware that something needed to change. Suffering from some health issues, his body was fighting to maintain itself functional but, at the same time, fighting for recovery.

Brandon shares what inspired him to change, what is the hardest thing about making this decision, and his biggest takeaways after losing 80+ lbs. Creating confidence and quitting the victim mentality were also fundamental factors in this life transformation.
