Grit Fitness Pro Van Tran joins Evan to talk about his training background, the Grit Fitness Games (a uniquely formatted events) and his podium at every Battle of the Lions podium. Van is an Air Force veteran and currently working to become a registered nurse while simultaneously competing in the highest levels of Obstacle Course Racing. Competing since 2014, he's been on Savage Race podiums, competed on American Ninja Warrior and was on the podium of the one (and only) BattleFrog Xtreme 24, the two explores some of Van's training that makes him so versatile.
