With 41 years of training in martial arts Aris have been teaching Pankration in Montreal, Canada and seminars abroad for over 20 years as well as working as a bodyguard and doorman in real world violent situations. After a discussion about Pankration the two talk how the training principles and lessons can be applied to OCR.
