For the past five years in my virtual holistic nutrition practice Staying Ageless Coaching, I have been helping women of color reverse chronic conditions and hormonal imbalances like fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, horrible PMS and much more. If you’ve listened to this podcast I’m sure you have heard a few of our amazing GLOW UP STORIES. We've helped women shrink fibroids, get rid of endometriosis symptoms, get periods back after many years of absence with PCOS using targeted diet, supplement, and lifestyle changes.

I realized there are MILLIONS of women suffering in silence and so a few years ago I decided to use tech to scale what I do and help more women avoid invasive treatments and surgeries.

As part of my birthday celebration last month in October turning 41 years old—I joined the Fab Over 40 Competition, and this could be a game-changer for my new startup, UMI! The competition offers a chance to win a 40K grant, which would help raise crucial funds to take UMI to the next level.

UMI is a digital destination for women of color, designed to give you access to holistic healing methods in a supportive, fun, and friendly community that’s both affordable and results-driven. Whether you're in your 30s, 40s, or beyond, UMI will be your holistic healing coach for every stage of womanhood.

For me, UMI is an exciting next chapter that will help me get holistic health education to women who need it most!I've gone through four rounds of voting and if I get to number 1 by November 21st we will head to quarterfinals
