In this solo episode, I discuss my top 10 most important mindset or mental skills. These skills are crucial for athletes to unlock their full potential and perform at their best under pressure. The skills include controlling the controllables, focusing on the present moment, being a great teammate, behaving confidently, and preparing effectively. I emphasize the importance of self-talk, breath and body language in building confidence and achieving success. I also highlight the need to adjust and adapt to different situations and to always give 100% effort. Overall, these skills can be applied in any domain of life to improve performance and achieve personal growth.
