15. Fitness Myths and Burgers

Welcome to Simple(ish) Fitness!
Brandon and I started this podcast to help listeners connect to fitness a little differently.
We wanted to make fitness more relatable, break down some barriers that make fitness intimidating, and overall focus on the small things – like what about each topic really matters, or what changes can we make to our lives in small ways that will yield results.
But we also started it because we want to have fun with it and connect with you!
We are several months in and we’re ready to introduce a couple new things – or segments you may call them.
Today we are going to give them a practice run before we start implementing them into episodes regularly. We hope you enjoy them and be sure to let us know what you think!
