50. Red Light, Green Light (Our Fitness Check In)

Here’s the format they used:
Red light = a fitness goal or habit they didn’t do well
Yellow light = a fitness goal or habit they did decently well
Green light = a fitness goal or habit they did very well
Then finish with what changes have you noticed, and what do you want to change moving forward.
