Welcome to Simple(ish) Fitness!

Okay, so you’ve gone through some time of building value in health and fitness, you’ve started doing some things at home, and you’re ready to invest more and take your fitness to the next level… what do you do next?

Have you considered online personal training? It is a great way to integrate a personal trainer or coach into your current lifestyle and help you achieve your goals.

Online training is what we will be talking about today. Why is it different from in-person training, what are some benefits to it and reasons you should give it a try.

How do you know you’ve found a good fit, what should you ask your trainer, and how can you approach some questions such as, biting off the right amount, or adjusting a plan that you aren’t a fan of.

To join us for this discussion and share some of his wisdom is Dustin Lash. Dustin is a very experienced fitness professional who works with many clients through online personal training.

He has seen and done it all! And will guide us through some important understandings and perspectives of online training so that you can find success!
