Have you considered online personal training? It is a great way to integrate a personal trainer or coach into your current lifestyle and help you achieve your goals.
Online training is what we will be talking about today. Why is it different from in-person training, what are some benefits to it and reasons you should give it a try.
How do you know you’ve found a good fit, what should you ask your trainer, and how can you approach some questions such as, biting off the right amount, or adjusting a plan that you aren’t a fan of.
