To kick off the season of gratitude, I’m shining the spotlight on a wonderful local community initiative that makes Christmas truly special for its guests. The Annual Westchester Community Christmas Dinner was founded on the premise that nobody should be alone or hungry on Christmas Day. This volunteer-driven charitable event has taken place every year on Christmas day since 1994, and each guest receives a hot Christmas dinner, warm clothing, holiday gifts, and a festive welcome from caring volunteers.
