In this Aging GreatFULLy power-hour as we bid farewell to fall and welcome the coming season of winter, we put the spotlight on celebrating transitions! Join this enriching hour as we welcome special guest, Cheryl Richardson, a New York Times bestselling author and self-care expert whose latest work is an audio release, Self-Care for the Wisdom Years: Practical Ways to Celebrate the Mystery and Wonder of Aging. Her books include Take Time for Your Life, The Art of Extreme Self-Care, How to Survive the Loss of a Pet, The Unmistakable Touch of Grace, Life Makeover and several others. Her latest book is Waking Up in Winter: In Search of What Really Matters at Midlife.
But she was inspired to transition from pen to microphone with her latest audio creation.
