She had started smoking again, skipping meals, and completely neglecting her body. Angie Frey - wife, mom, and grandma - found herself hit with the most challenging season of her life. She felt like a failure on every level, and her self-care was one more glaring area of failure.

But the anxiety and depression was too overwhelming to do anything about it.
