As a recovering perfectionist with chronic high expectations, I’ve found myself carrying unnecessary weights into new seasons of my life. I’ve learned that when I am feeling irritable, it’s a sign to check in with myself.

In today’s episode, I will be walking you through uncovering high expectations that could be the cause of your irritability this Summer. If you are ready to lay down the heavy weights you are carrying and welcome more peace and calm in your life, listen in.
