We've all experienced it – setting ambitious goals, starting the journey towards them, only to be derailed by life's unexpected challenges. It could be work-related busyness, personal matters taking precedence, or simply a loss of motivation. Life has its way of throwing obstacles in our path.

Regardless of the reason, it's natural to feel disheartened and wonder if progress toward our goals is even possible. I recently found myself in a similar situation after a couple of years filled with changes, travel, and an arm injury that kept me away from my yoga practice. It was evident that I had veered off course.
