I’m Maria. And for years I struggled with an eating disorder, anxiety, and depression. I still wrestle with the last two, but my, have we come a long way.
So that’s why I’m here. To share my story with you. Along my journey, I’ve fallen madly in love with Jesus, running, and mental health awareness.
Now, I’m an RRCA certified run coach, writer, and speaker who advocates for mental health awareness and a holistic approach to life.
