I am pleased to have the amazing guest on the show called Joanne Lindsay again who I connected with last March 2022. Joanne was on our previous show and this is an update on how her life and mine have both spiritually re-awakened since our last podcast conversation. Both of us share a passion and a sisterhood in regards to inspiring others and helping others around us in relation to Spirituality, Mindfulness and Meditation.
Joanne and I discuss our own setbacks on mental health, stress and life situations that have knocked us down but have both been resilient in regards to overcoming some of the challenges that cause depression, stress, anxiety and also mental health support. We also discuss our empathy skills and the courses that both of us are able to deliver. Joanne has been amazing in teaching and leading and has now set up a place of business outside of her home and is able to help people physically in the space of work or online.
