When my first podcast episodes aired, I took a deep dive into my autoimmune journey. I shared the key to my health transformation was an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. Today, I am still following the same lifestyle because it works! A lot has changed over these 5 years as a busy working mom, however my anti-inflammatory non-negotiables have stayed the same. Inflammation is linked to nearly every disease out there, and is the root cause of diseases such as dementia, cancer, heart disease, and so many more. This does not have to be your fate.
