Maybe You Should Give Up: Interview with Author Byron Morrison
Manage episode 367182394 series 2324659
Have you ever felt like you’re your own worst enemy? The feeling of being trapped in a cycle of self-sabotage can have profound effects on our lives. It not only hinders our progress towards the life we desire, but it also impacts our overall well-being and happiness.
Today’s guest sabotaged everything from his health to his relationships and his professional success. It wasn’t that he didn’t want to change, if anything, he knew exactly what he needed to do to create the life he wanted. Yet he’d get stuck in a never-ending cycle of making some progress, only to then lose motivation, fall off track or do something that would undo all his hard work.
Eventually, he had enough, and he committed to figuring out what was actually going on. In doing so, he discovered that the biggest barrier in the way of his success…was himself.
Byron Morrison is the author of the book "Maybe You Should Give Up" as well as a mindset and performance coach who has helped people in 15 countries to take control of their life. Maybe You Should Give Up - 7 Ways to Get Out of Your Own Way and Take Control of Your Life is available anywhere you can order books.
