This week I spoke to physiotherapist, chiropractor and strength and conditioning specialist Dr Greg Lehman about challenging your own beliefs and assumptions in clinical practice. We spoke about the challenges of keeping things simple whilst balancing this with the complexities of clinical practice. We then talked about some of Greg’s pet topics; applied biomechanics, strength training and movement preparation.
