Have you ever felt like an outsider in your own life or ever struggled to find real connection? Perhaps you have people all around you, but there’s a part of you that still feels disconnected from it all. We live in a society where we all are craving more and more the things that are real, but the way most of us go about getting those things that are real to fill that need for connection involve constantly looking outside of ourself.

I also am bringing this week’s Phoenix Rising Podcast episode to my kitchen! Why? Because one of the ways I love to connect with others is over food. So not only where I share with you ways you can find the real connection that you are craving, but I also am going to show you how to make Delicate Squash with just a few simple ingredients and only 20:00. Delicata squash is a great starchy vegetable that is packed full of vitamins and nutrients, but I also love to roast delicate squash and make it a particular way that makes me for a great healthy recipe substitute for french fries!

So come join me in my kitchen and let’s talk all about real connection, and we can whip up some delicious delicate squash!
