In this episode I share five tips to help with navigating the COVID-19 pandemic that’s currently sweeping around the world. We’re all in a place of heightened emotionality including fear, worry, and anxiety and it stems from the fact that this virus is something we can’t control and it’s claiming lives on a daily basis. Tune in to listen to five ways in which you can care for yourself and those you love. There’s so much that we can’t control, so in order to make it through this, the only thing we can do is focus on what we can control.

The more access we have to educational and empowering environments, the more we can pour into the next generation, and heal those who came before us.
