EP 19 I lost 15KG in 10 weeks - Part I
Some inspiration and hopefully motivation for those wanting to lose weight in the new year. This is part I of how I managed to lose 15KG in 10 Weeks. Weight loss isn't easy, it requires focus and sacrifice I'm sorry to say, but the rewards are there. I was heaviest at 108KG and dropped to my lightest at 88.5KG. Some of the things that worked, things I did, and how I felt during and as a result of the process.
When is enough enough? When is it enough, enough motivation to change bad habits? Will you feel better? How did I get there? How do you keep going, and get momentum in the weight loss journey?
For me, it was about being the best version of myself. Leaner, faster, and more competitive. I'm sure for everyone it is different, but this is my story, my journey.
As always you need to take your own health situation and conditions into account, and as many medical professionals will tell you, rapid weight loss can be unhealthy. This is my story and it worked for me. it is not intended to be advice or recommendations for you, merely inspiration to make positive changes in your life whatever they may be for the better, from any perspective. So please chat with your doctor or a relevant medical professional before undertaking material changes in your diet, nutrition, or exercise, and be responsible.
