How to Actually Enjoy Exercise

What is Joyful Movement and how does it compare to regular exercise? Often times exercise is primarily associated with dieting, weight loss and changing our looks. What if we shifted our mindset around exercise to focus on self-care and the benefits that aren’t necessarily weight related? What if we stopped dreading exercise and adopted movement we truly enjoy? By doing these things, could it make exercise easier to do and more sustainable long-term? What counts as movement anyways?
