Jeff Marchand
Owner, President – Marchand Homes
As one of the owners of Marchand Homes, Jeff runs the day-to-day operations while serving as the President. He graduated from Saint Mary’s University in 2015 with a focus in Entrepreneurship and then went on to do Real Estate where he developed many long-lasting relationships with clients.
When he noticed an opportunity in the market to offer a memorable experience for families while building homes of quality, value and integrity, he and his father Kevin, and his brother Brad, established Marchand Homes in 2016. After two short years, Jeff and his team won multiple awards, quickly becoming an industry leader in Nova Scotia gaining recognition across the province.
With family being at the core of what they do, Jeff says the strategy for Marchand Homes is to listen to their clients’ needs, design to their lifestyle, and build to make their dream home a reality. Now Jeff is focusing on the future and building the company and remaining committed to offering a memorable experience for each family that chooses to build with Marchand Homes.
