In this episode my guest Jorge Beleza, with a PhD on Exercise Physiology, and a special interest on high-altitude mountaineering, is bringing his life-long passion over movement through insightful, and educated research he conducted with a team of experts to understand movement benefits for the prevention of liver disease.His interest in evolutionary history enriches our conversation as we go through the experiences of movement, specifically by walking in Nature and its impact on our body, mind, and overall wellbeing.
