Visualization
If you can't picture the destination, you can't get there. If I say the word "plane" to you, you can picture it, right? You have a vision in your head of an airplane. You're transported inside one, or to an airport, or on a tarmac.
Your Reticular activating system works the same way. You picture where you'd like to be, who you'd like to be, what you'd like to have, who you'd like to be with... you can manifest all that. It's not woo-woo. It's actual science. This episode explains how to use visualization to get what you want, and how to use journaling to remove that which you don't.
