After a long, busy workday, it's easy for stress and anxiety to build up as our minds remain active with thoughts and concerns. However, taking a short break for some mindful meditation can help ease that mental clutter.
This brief practice allows us to notice any thoughts not helping our well-being, and then release them to make space for calm, clarity and restoration.
By taking just a few minutes to be present, we give our worried minds permission to rest so our energy isn't drained by what's already come and gone. Meditation is a gift we can give ourselves each day to process what's needed and let the rest gently fade away.
