1. Acknowledge and Feel Your Emotions

  • Why it helps: Accepting your emotions is the first step toward healing. When you allow yourself to feel, you’re not bottling up the pain, which can make things harder over time.

2. Look for Growth and Learning

  • What to do: Try to reframe the situation as a chance for growth. Ask yourself, "What can I learn from this?" or "How can this experience make me stronger or wiser?"

3. Focus on Gratitude and Resilience
