MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date. Our focus is principled so each episode reflects the immediate peace and stability of our Ever-Present Knowing Awareness that clarifies conflicted impressions manifest by the instability and hyper-reactivity of obsessive thinking. Accurately noticing wrong allows it to dissolve rather than develop new ways to think feeling better about it or getting over it is a solution.
If the essence of existence exists then it is essential. To think we can be excluded from what is essential is to look at our world through the upside-down lens of misunderstanding mistakenly imagined to be reality and truth. Thoughts of this nature are as defensive as they are divisive as their rhetoric since acting at odds with reality causes conflicts with everything including thoughts themselves. Inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are body language guiding awareness that something is wrong. Wrong thoughts are not a chronic problem until they are believed to be right. The essence of existence is as stable as it is simple since it does not change; It IS True as Reality is Real. Changing thoughts imagined to be real and true cause anxiety and fear internally and trying obsessively to exact revenge externally in s as impossible as it is to turn imagination into reality. The odds of getting even are zero.
Trying to feel better or get over what is wrong tries to ignore the wrong while reinforcing the wrong. No amount of effort can achieve this. This form of management is hopeless for at least two reasons. First ignoring something actually happening does not make it disappear, nor does the ignorant thought. Secondly if we can make something up we can unmake it. But to believe the thing we make up is reality, rather than imagined, means there is nothing to deny or ignore but the present mistaken thought. To insist on resisting is to make the problem seem real by feeling consumed by the persistent disturbing effect manifest and maintained.
Our brains are designed to process reality and nervously break down when we insist they process insanity. If we did not know better we would not know something is wrong. For as long and hard as we make-believe we can create reality will we turn our back on facing the internal messes we make that turn into the circumstances that seem as unjust as they seem to be happening to us. Make-believe is fantasy - Reality is Reality.
Our discussion is not based on new forms of impossibility but the concession that nature in all substantive forms is essential to our nature as sourced in the presence of all possibility now. Right here, Right now is where virtue, morality, functional capacity, and sane mentality operate, freely.
We Know We Know.
We Are Aware We Are Aware.
We Are as We Are.
Reality is unlimited. Nothing can be added or subtracted to or from It. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on such thoughts is thinking then behaving out of order. Anxious and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse the natural order. Disease is s lack of ease created and maintained by such activities.
Sharing principles affirms and confirms our indivisibility. We can choose desperation while our collective unchanging essence remains inspiration.
Any moments of clarity are sparks of enlightenment revealing the Ever Present Shadowless Knowing Light of Inspiration’s Wisdom aptly called brilliance, bright and radiance. Intelligence expresses our knowing nature. Ignoring what is actually happening produces ignorance. .
