. Jo Ann Richards is a native Californian now living in Portland OR. She has a thriving bookkeeping practice called Jo Ann Richards Bookkeeping. She is the mother of a grown daughter and proud grandmother of three. She dramatically changed her life after six marriages that included abuse, divorce, and death. Husband seven is incarcerated for a crime he didn't commit. In May 2021 she published MIDLIFE MAGIC.

CONTENT

In this episode, Jo Ann talks briefly about her previous relationships and why they didn’t last. She also talks about her current relationship, how she met her husband, who is in prison, and how their relationship has been so different from the others. Despite the constraints of him being in prison, meaning they can’t live together, they have been married for over 20 years. Jo Ann said they work hard at communicating, especially as some of the time it has to be by letter, which can create misunderstandings.

BIO

Jo Ann dramatically changed her life over the last 20 years. Six marriages included abuse, divorce, and death. Her current husband is a former military intelligence officer incarcerated for a crime he didn’t commit.

An active member of the Mormon Church for nearly 30 years, she left it behind to embrace the world of UFOs, elementals, magic, and paranormal which speak deeply to her soul. Through her many struggles, she found her strengths, gifts, and inner power, learning that dreams do come true.

She has Associate of Arts degrees in film production and Accounting. She is the mother of a successfully grown daughter and is the proud grandmother of three. She is married to Captain Mark Richards, USN. She enjoys reading, needlework, travel, and spending time with the family. She is owned by her three cats. She is an international speaker on the topics of UFOS, extraterrestrials, and military involvement with such topics. MIDLIFE MAGIC is her first book.
