Now I know that when I wanted to lose weight the thought of having to work at it for a full 12-months would have filled me with horror but working on it for 12-months is not the same as waiting for 12-months to feel amazing.

Clair lives in rural Warwickshire with her husband, teenage children and their two dogs.
