We talk about how modern conveniences made our lives simpler, but also made us challenged to fuel our bodies well and understand WHY we do it.

Today, we’ll give you simple strategies to set you up for success in eating, help you connect to what it means to you to eat well and why, how to get your family on board and living in a body with energy, purpose and vitality.
