6 Tips for balanced blood sugar and preventing spikes!

On today's episode I am sharing how we can achieve more balanced blood sugar levels. I am sharing what I have been learning with my new continuous blood glucose monitor.

One important tip I left out is walking after meals. This is something I have been doing after breakfast and dinner. And it is huge when minimizing spikes.
